What is your exchange/return policy?

We will gladly exchange or accept returned items. Products that are replaced will be replaced with products of equal or lessor value as those originally purchased. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original Packing Slip and/ or a clear reference of the Order Number, as well as your desired outcome. Refunds/ Exchanges are permitted only when merchandise is unworn, undamaged, and received within 30 days of the original purchase. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all refunds. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges after the initial purchase. Exchanged items will have shipping charges covered by sayiwont.com on the subsequent shipment of the exchanged item/s.  ALL SALES RACK SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED SALES ITEMS.

RWP OFF-ROAD® products purchased through your local retailer must be exchanged or credited through that retailer (local retailer terms and policies may vary).
